The Regal Gardener Greenhouse is considered the "top of the line" in refabricated greenhouses. With quality being the main concern, Alan-Russell Inc. combined elegance and beauty with strength and performance in order to satisfy the demands of those who want the best horticultural greenhouse available. The Regal Gardener Greenhouse Series is available in a wide range of standard models as well as custom designs. Please carefully read the following design information to help you in selecting the right greenhouse for your particular needs.

Materials:: The glazing bars, purlins, door frame, and greenhouse substructure are of extruded aluminum 6083-T5 alloy. All basic parts are precut, drilled and fabricated to critical tolerances unless otherwise specified. Vertical glass junctions are separated and supported with vinyl extrusions. Basic frame assembly screws are non-corroding stainless steel.
Construction:: The greenhouse structure is manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extrusions. All basic parts come precut, drilled, and fabricated to critical tolerances. Basic frame assembly screws are stainless steel. Side posts and roof chords are 1 1/2" x 3" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" aluminum channel. Trusses are 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" aluminum angle. Purlins are 1 1/2" x 2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" or 1 1/2 x 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" aluminum "Z" extrusion depending upon model.
Greenhouse Glazing options:: Standard glass and insulating glass models use a "T" style glazing bar designed to accept 1/8" double strength or insulating glass held in place with butyl glazing tape and silicone caulk. Standard twin wall polycarbonate models use the continuous bar cap system. Bar caps are screwed in place over the polycarbonate with stainless steel screws.
Design:: The standard spacing for glazing bars is 18 1/2" on center. Substructure sections are typically on 7' 8 1/2" (5 row) centers or 6' 2" (4 row) centers for high load situations
Ventilation:: A continuous ridge vent is provided with a manual operator. Automatic ridge vent controls and side windows are available.
Doors and Hardware:: Standard doors are 2' 8"" wide by 6' 8"" high by 1 3/8" thick with a sliding glass panel and screen. All door hardware comes supplied. Special doors are available upon request.
Accessories:: Optional accessories are available at an additional cost to the standard greenhouse. Consult with us for additional information concerning climate control equipment, shading, benches, etc.
Technical data:: We, as your factory authorized dealer, will provide you with the necessary greenhouse design data, foundation drawings, equipment layout, electrical schematics and basic plumbing requirements upon request.
Pricing:: Prices are listed with standard lengths and specs on the page of the specific greenhouse model. Prices for custom greenhouse models will have to be quoted, but you can use the standard greenhouse model prices as a guide. Please verify all final pricing with us, the factory authorized dealer, before proceeding with an order. All orders will be shipped freight collect.
Warranty:: All products manufactured by Alan-Russell, Inc. are warranted free from defects under normal use and conditions for five (5) years from date of delivery. Labor charges for replacement and/or repairs are not warranted. Alan-Russell, Inc. assumes no responsibility for installation by others or damage resulting thereof to materials. Products sold by but not manufactured by Alan-Russell, Inc. are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty.

Choice of straight eave (6' high) or curved eave (24" radius) greenhouse models offer the options of glazing with either double strength glass, tempered glass, 6mm twinwall polycarbonate, or insulated glass.
Lean-to greenhouse models offer 3 standard roof pitches to accommodate jobsite requirements.	Standard choice of full length manual ridge vent or optional automatic vent control package.

Custom sizes in height, width and length available. Continuous eave vent available.
Standard greenhouse substructure provides extra stability and support while accommodating large hanging baskets and the hanging of heavy equipment.
